William C. Short brings more than 20 years of experience in consumer-driven healthcare and workforce solutions. He is the Founder and former Executive Chairman and CEO of Workforce Go, where he helped build and scale payroll and HR solutions focused on simplifying workforce management. William is also the Executive Chairman and CEO of A.E. Perkins Holdings Group, which he founded in 2022, and the CEO and Owner of Ameriflex, one of the nation’s leading third-party administrators. Throughout his career, he has led high-growth organizations, expanded consumer-directed healthcare and workforce service offerings, and driven innovation through proprietary payment technologies. William is known for his collaborative leadership style and commitment to delivering value through client-focused, technology-driven solutions.

Rashmi is a proven leader with a powerful track record of driving measurable results and operational discipline. She started her career at our sister company, Ameriflex, in July 2008 as a Customer Service Representative. There she grew alongside the organization, eventually becoming Executive Vice President, then President of Ameriflex. Her experience includes overseeing client services, operations, sales, and leading teams that achieved high-impact results. Rashmi’s leadership philosophy focuses on creating clarity—clear goals, clear ownership, and clear expectations.

As Executive Vice President of Sales at Ameriflex and Workforce Go, Jeff leads the Sales, Business and Channel Development teams and Revenue Operations, focusing on achieving ambitious revenue goals and fostering operational collaboration across departments. With over seven years at Ameriflex, his work has centered on cultivating client relationships and supporting cross-functional teams to enhance client retention and business growth. Through Jeff’s 20+ years of sales and sales leadership he has established expertise in marketing strategy, direct sales, and sales processes has been pivotal in driving customer acquisition and delivering innovative solutions in the employee benefits space. By aligning sales efforts with organizational objectives, Jeff strives to foster strong partnerships with insurance brokers and employers while empowering teams to achieve excellence.

John brings over twenty five years of experience in the Human Capital and Workforce Management industries to the team. His journey began in basic client support, later managing operations and support teams where he developed a deep understanding of clients needs. A transition to Sales and later Relationship Management, for just over 10 years of his career, provided added strategic insight in strengthening client relationships. Over his eight-year tenure with the company, John has excelled in various roles, shaping his expertise and dedication to culture and client satisfaction. John unites teams by fostering robust internal and external relationships. His passion for a client-centric and cross-department collaboration drives success for both clients and team members.

Kimber plays a crucial role in managing all aspects of channel partnerships, with over 18 years of expertise in building relationships and managing partners in the HR tech space and years of dedicated service to Workforce Go. She and her team oversee strategic relationships with ERP and FinTech partners, as well as more than 100 resellers in our network. With deep passion for her role, Kimber’s strategic thinking ensures that day-to-day decisions align with our broader business objectives, driving success for all stakeholders.

Dori Mason has been an integral part of the Workforce Go team since our inception in 2011. With a deep understanding of our organization’s inner workings, Dori plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiencies and maximizing our clients’ journey with WorkforceGo. She also serves as a mentor to various teams, guiding them in the rollout of new processes and helping achieve company objectives. “I value integrity, ensuring that every decision and action is guided by honesty and accountability,” Dori says.

For Eric, every day at Workforce Go is meaningful when they can turn a client into a happy client. He brings over 25 years of experience in the “people” business to Workforce Go. In his role, Eric serves as a client advocate, prioritizing empathy and transparency to foster healthy, long-term relationships. “Empathy through the client’s eyes is where we start,” says Eric. “Honesty and transparency are how we build trust.” With a background primarily in sales and relationship building, Eric is dedicated to ensuring a positive client experience. He has received multiple awards for his leadership in sales and account management.

Aimee Reynard is the V.P. of Marketing at A.E. Perkins where she leads a team of creatives responsible for the brand, lead generation, communications and corporate events for Workforce Go, Ameriflex and Accresa. Aimee graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelors in Marketing.

With over 20 years of experience in the workforce management software world, Lee Caputo has been a dedicated part of the Workforce Go family for nine years. He started his journey as a trainer before moving into implementing software packages for clients. Today, Lee manages an amazing team of implementation consultants. His main goal is to truly learn each customer’s unique processes and procedures. By doing so, he ensures a successful implementation that makes the customer’s day-to-day tasks easier and more efficient.

Lindsay Carney has been with Workforce Go for three years and serves as the Product Experience Manager. She actually started as a client but loved the company and the system so much that she eventually sought out a job here. Lindsay brings over eight years of HR experience to the team, along with a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.A. in Secondary Education. She currently leads a group that builds add-on modules and custom configurations for existing clients. Lindsay firmly believes that the main goal should always be the client’s experience, and she strives to look at every project from their perspective. She is a huge proponent of accountability, honesty, and hard work, while maintaining authenticity as the key to great working relationships.

Carla Elliott brings over 5 years of invaluable expertise to the Workforce Go team. With a robust background spanning operations, accounting, corporate tax, and payroll management, Carla is instrumental in ensuring compliance and efficiency in our payroll processes. Her dedication to client experience and her deep understanding of business needs make her an invaluable asset. Committed to understanding the stakeholder’s perspective, Carla leads with empathy to ensure that our clients receive the best service possible.

Kelsie leads the strategy behind Workforce Go’s brand growth, digital presence, and creative campaigns. With over 9 years of experience in marketing, she energizes her role with her enthusiasm and drive to learn more about our customers to better serve their needs. “Marketing should spark curiosity, create trust, and drive action,” Kelsie says. Her background spans everything from leading large-scale national SEO campaigns to managing the build of 300+ page websites.

Diane brings a wealth of expertise to her role, with over 30 years of experience in payroll, including 22 years as a third-party processor. She received her Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) Certification in 2018 from the American Payroll Association and volunteers her time to educate future payroll professionals. She has been part of the Workforce Go team for over a decade and acts as the face of Workforce Go for all current clients once they have been moved to support. Along with her team of 17 employees, she ensures that client needs are met promptly and efficiently. Diane’s commitment to the company’s success and the growth of her team shines through in her leadership and service.

Jeremy Griffith joined Workforce Go in 2018 as the company’s sole GL/Integration specialist and has since developed and managed a dedicated GL/Integration group. He values the constant variety and challenges that come with each new client and system. Drawing on his experience in financial systems since 2003, Jeremy and his team support the complete client integration lifecycle—from pre-sales to daily support—with a primary focus on solving problems and streamlining payroll GL processes and ERP integrations. He and his team take particular pride in helping organizations operate more efficiently and with greater confidence.

Terri Udall has been a valued member of the Workforce Go team for a decade. With more than 20 years of experience in the educational arena, Terri is a lifelong learner, writer, and lover of engineering, design, and history. She’s a subject-matter expert and a go-to resource, known for her approachability and passion for our work. Terri earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) accreditation in 2021 and is dedicated to making learning comfortable for adults. “While I enjoy working at Workforce Go, my real passion is people and giving back to the community,” Terri shares. “Workforce Go provides a platform that allows me to help others and that’s always a great feeling.”

Chad is an advocate for the client journey, with a career dedicated to client-facing roles in sales, account management, and management. With three decades of experience under his belt, Chad brings a powerful blend of expertise and leadership to the client success team. He is laser-focused on one goal: making sure clients have a phenomenal experience. For Chad, it’s not just about solving problems, it’s about anticipating needs and proactively building relationships that stand the test of time.

Dana Winsauer joined Ameriflex/WorkforceGo on February 20, 2017 as a Client Services Representative on the Support Team,  then quickly advanced into the CSR Lead role. Seeking new challenges, Dana transitioned to the Implementation Team as an HR Consultant, later becoming the Lead HR Consultant. Today, she serves as one of the Managers of Professional Services, where Dana leads a team dedicated to delivering successful HCM  implementations and exceptional service.
