John Goheen Executive Vice President - Client Experience
John brings over twenty five years of experience in the Human Capital and Workforce Management industries to the team. His journey began in basic client support, later managing operations and support teams where he developed a deep understanding of clients needs. A transition to Sales and later Relationship Management, for just over 10 years of his career, provided added strategic insight in strengthening client relationships. Over his eight-year tenure with the company, John has excelled in various roles, shaping his expertise and dedication to culture and client satisfaction. John unites teams by fostering robust internal and external relationships. His passion for a client-centric and cross-department collaboration drives success for both clients and team members.
Kimber Crumlish VP of Channel and Sales Strategy
Kimber plays a crucial role in managing all aspects of channel partnerships, with over 18 years of expertise in building relationships and managing partners in the HR tech space and years of dedicated service to Workforce Go. She and her team oversee strategic relationships with ERP and FinTech partners, as well as more than 100 resellers in our network. With deep passion for her role, Kimber’s strategic thinking ensures that day-to-day decisions align with our broader business objectives, driving success for all stakeholders.
Dori Mason Director of Product Management & Professional Services
Dori Mason has been an integral part of the Workforce Go team since our inception in 2011. With a deep understanding of our organization’s inner workings, Dori plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiencies and maximizing our clients’ journey with WorkforceGo. She also serves as a mentor to various teams, guiding them in the rollout of new processes and helping achieve company objectives. “I value integrity, ensuring that every decision and action is guided by honesty and accountability,” Dori says.

For Eric, every day at Workforce Go is meaningful when they can turn a client into a happy client. He brings over 25 years of experience in the “people” business to Workforce Go. In his role, Eric serves as a client advocate, prioritizing empathy and transparency to foster healthy, long-term relationships. “Empathy through the client’s eyes is where we start,” says Eric. “Honesty and transparency are how we build trust.” With a background primarily in sales and relationship building, Eric is dedicated to ensuring a positive client experience. Diane Griffin Client Services Manger
Diane brings a wealth of expertise to her role, with over 30 years of experience in payroll, including 22 years as a third-party processor. She received her Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) Certification in 2018 from the American Payroll Association and volunteers her time to educate future payroll professionals. She has been part of the Workforce Go team for over a decade and acts as the face of Workforce Go for all current clients once they have been moved to support. Along with her team of 17 employees, she ensures that client needs are met promptly and efficiently. Terri Udall Training & Support Manager
Terri Udall has been a valued member of the Workforce Go team for a decade. With more than 20 years of experience in the educational arena, Terri is a lifelong learner, writer, and lover of engineering, design, and history. She’s a subject-matter expert and a go-to resource, known for her approachability and passion for our work. Terri earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) accreditation in 2021 and is dedicated to making learning comfortable for adults. “While I enjoy working at Workforce Go, my real passion is people and giving back to the community,” Terri shares. “Workforce Go provides a platform that allows me to help others and that’s always a great feeling.”
