Open Letter to Workforce Go! Partners
We believe Workforce Go! represents the best HCM Platform available today. Due to the extraordinary hard work of our sales staff and you, our valued partners, we are excited and look forward to continued year-over-year growth in our business. In preparation, Workforce Go! will be looking to enhance the overall client experience.
At the forefront of our plans for 2018, we are hard at work to:
Increase the size of our talented staffStreamline our support effortContinue to develop and rollout internal and external training programs
As part of this effort, we will look to make strides in the below key areas of our organization:
Implementation will have a focus on comprehensive yet efficient planning and execution throughout all stages from initial planning to Go-Live. Product Management will look to improve and ease the consumption of communications of upcoming enhancements and/or changes within the Workforce Go! platform. Our ongoing Customer Support for Payroll, HR and Time will be set up with new tools allowing easier access to dedicated support staff and expedient resolution times.
Ultimately, we believe these are the key areas that our competitors fail in their approach to maintaining customers for life.
